Job Title: Rubber Lacer (Production Environment)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated Rubber Lacer to join our production team. This role is responsible for handling finished rubber material and carefully weaving it onto pallets in an organized and visually consistent manner prior to shipment. Quality and attention to detail are critical, as this position plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Receive large strands of rubber directly from the production line.

· Weave and stack rubber onto pallets in a neat, organized, and aesthetically consistent manner.

· Inspect materials to ensure quality standards are met prior to shipment.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area within a dirty production environment.

· Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

· Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

· Assist in other departments as needed and participate in cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

· Comfortable working in a dirty, industrial production environment.

· Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.

· Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.

· Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

· Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

Work Environment

· Fast-paced production setting.

· Physically active role requiring lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

· Exposure to dust, rubber materials, and general industrial conditions.
