Production Worker

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Workers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This role involves supporting daily production operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a physical industrial setting.

Responsibilities:

· Operate production and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently

· Monitor product quality and report any issues or defects

· Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and production schedules

· Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility

· Complete basic production paperwork and data tracking as needed

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

· Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and general production support

· Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

· Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred

· Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

· Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

· Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

· Forklift experience is a plus but not required

Work Environment:

· Industrial/manufacturing setting

· May involve exposure to heat, noise, dust, and moving machinery

· Physical and hands-on work environment
