Warehouse Associate

Job Summary: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, staging, and handling materials within the warehouse while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role requires operating equipment, following safety procedures, and supporting inventory control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review and process orders using paper pick tickets and RF scanning systems (RF Gen)

· Pick and transport materials throughout the warehouse using a forklift

· Stage completed orders in designated areas for shipment or processing

· Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines at all times

· Maintain clean and organized aisles and rack locations, ensuring removal of debris and empty pallets

· Perform pre-shift and post-shift forklift inspections; report maintenance or repair needs promptly

· Assist with annual inventory audits and cycle counts

· Accurately count products and maintain inventory logs

Qualifications:

· Previous warehouse experience preferred

· Forklift experience required (certification preferred)

· Ability to operate RF scanning equipment

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed

· Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

Work Environment:

· Fast-paced warehouse setting

· Regular standing, walking, lifting, and equipment operation required
