Ever wondered how fiberglass parts are made? Like getting your hands dirty (in a good way)? We’re looking for a motivated, entry-level Fiberglass Production Associate to join our team and help turn raw materials into finished products you can be proud of.

Job Summary:
Responsible for producing fiberglass components using hand layup, spray-up, and molding processes while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.

Responsibilities:

• Follow instructions, work schedules, and safety procedures
• Perform fiberglass layup, trimming, and finishing operations
• Apply gel coat and spray chopped fiberglass, resin, and catalyst using pneumatic equipment
• Remove, inspect, repair, and prepare molds and finished products
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

Qualifications:

• Six (6) months of related experience preferred, ideally in a manufacturing or construction environment
• Experience with fiberglass and composite manufacturing, including resin spray, hand layup, chopper gun operation, and gel coating
• Ability to read and interpret production drawings and accurately use tape measures
• Proficiency with basic hand and power tools
• Willingness and flexibility to work overtime as needed

Non-Lifting Repetitive Activities:

• Frequent arm movement and standing
• Several times per day: bending, gripping, squatting, twisting, walking, and talking
• Occasional climbing, kneeling, sitting, stretching, typing, and writing
