💼 What You’ll Do

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will:

• 📞 Serve as the first point of contact—answering inbound calls, voicemails, chats, and messages promptly and professionally
• 🗓️ Schedule and coordinate service calls (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) efficiently for both customers and technicians
• 🤝 Build relationship-focused conversations that emphasize whole-home solutions and long-term customer trust
• 🧠 Use critical thinking to creatively solve customer and scheduling challenges
• 👥 Support team members while delivering world-class customer service
• 💬 Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, communication, and active listening skills
• 😌 Keep a calm, courteous, and professional demeanor—even in high-pressure situations
• ⏱️ Manage time effectively and consistently meet deadlines
• 🧹 Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• 🔗 Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations and strong teamwork

💰 Compensation & Details

• Full-Time Position
• $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)

 

✅ Experience & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service or customer-facing experience (required)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
