Forklift / Warehouse Associate – Luxury Flooring Distribution

 $18.00/hour
 Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM  (may require some overtime when needed)

 

We are currently hiring a warehouse associate for a premier luxury flooring company in the Ft Myers area.  This opportunity is based out of their corporate warehouse in Fort Myers and is ideal for dependable, hardworking warehouse professionals looking for long-term stability and growth.

 

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Forklift/Warehouse Associate who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of accuracy, teamwork, and customer service. This company works with high-end flooring materials and values employees who are professional, organized, and motivated to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Pull, stage, and prepare flooring orders for delivery and customer pickup
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory organization
• Operate forklifts safely in a busy warehouse environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse
• Work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers
• Use warehouse systems and scanners to track materials and orders
• Provide excellent customer service to contractors and clients

Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse experience required
• Forklift certification required
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Experience with shipping & receiving and order pulling
• Ability to lift heavy materials consistently throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
