Roofing Laborer / Roofer Job Description

We are currently hiring dependable and experienced roofers to join our team. This position involves residential and commercial roofing projects, including roof installation, repairs, tear-offs, and general roofing labor. Candidates must have experience installing shingles and be comfortable working outdoors and at heights.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and replace roofing systems
• Install shingles accurately and efficiently
• Perform roof tear-offs and job site preparation
• Carry and load roofing materials safely
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Work with the crew to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications:

• Previous roofing experience required
• Experience installing shingles is required
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
• Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license preferred
