Looking for a bit of a higher level person.Call center folks seem to not be able to handle the decision making side of customer relations.This position will all most never get orders from phone calls they are all coming in emails or EDI or some even still fax.***Customer Service Rep will have their own accounts so they need to be able to follow an order from start to finishMust have B2B Account management or Customer Service support experience. Hardly on the phone, mostly email communication.** Needs to have experience with Conflict Resolution and some Logistics would be helpfulMust have order entry experienceLooking for customer service candidates that are good at typing (no chicken peckers)Call center is helpful, but really would like candidates with Customer Service experience they are really Account Managers answering phone calls.Bilingual is great but not required.MUST BE GOOD ON THE COMPUTER especially typing and data entryREPORTS TO TITLE:Director of FTC EFFECTIVE DATE:JOB SUMMARY:The purpose of this position is to answer and direct the incoming phone calls and receive and process the customer parts orders. Also required to maintain and control the parts inventory as it relates to the Japan annual orders and spot orders. Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and service personnel in the U.S.A. and Latin America. The tasks for this position are completed by performing the following duties.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Maintains and coordinates all parts order needs that relate to Japan parts ordering. Includes printing reports, analyzing the reports and reporting parts inventory levels to management.2. Creates all Japan parts orders after management approves them and submits them to Japan for processing.3. Maintains all files related to open parts orders and processes the orders as they are received.4. Creates necessary files for parts ordering and maintenance.5. Required to communicate with company sales, service and support personnel regarding parts needs. This includes communicating with Japan to order parts and follow up on open order status.6. Also required to communicate with customers regarding service person scheduling and parts orders.7. Receives and processes all parts and die set orders. This includes assisting in pulling and shipping the parts orders as needed.8. Maintains and updates all records regarding parts shipments and receiving.9. Answers all incoming calls and directs them to the appropriate department. This includes taking messages and distributing them as needed.10. Maintains a log of the service person activities.11. Tracks all domestic machine shipments and informs the service personnel of progress to insure that the machines are installed.12. Comply with Company Compliance Program Including Environmental, Quality, Health & Safety, and Confidential Information Management Guidelines.13. Performs other position related duties as assigned.14.
