A growing landscaping company in Lincoln, MA is hiring multiple Landscape Crew Members to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on experience in landscaping and outdoor work while working with a reliable and supportive crew.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with landscape maintenance and general outdoor labor
• Planting, mulching, edging, and seasonal cleanups
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Support crew members with daily landscaping projects
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials as needed
• Dependable transportation required (no public transportation access to the office)
• Ability to work Saturdays when scheduled
