Assistant Property Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations and provide excellent customer service to tenants and residents. The ideal candidate will assist with leasing activities, administrative tasks, rent collections, and maintaining positive tenant relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily property management operations
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests
  • Process applications, leases, and renewals
  • Collect rent payments and maintain tenant records
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communication
  • Conduct property inspections as needed
  • Support office and administrative duties
  • Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service

Qualifications

  • Previous property management or office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude and dependable attendance
  • Customer service experience preferred
