Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with experience in CAD/CAM software? Do you enjoy working with technology, precision, and manufacturing? We're looking for a motivated CAD/CAM Operator who has a strong work ethic, a "get-it-done" attitude, and a desire to learn and grow with our team.

Don't have direct CAD/CAM experience? If you're highly computer savvy, eager to learn, and have strong technical aptitude, we'd love to talk with you!

What You'll Do:

• Review job paperwork and digital files to ensure everything is complete and accurate before production.
• Verify countertop layouts, slab optimization, sink placement, cabinet fit, and seam locations.
• Create and modify sink cutout files as needed.
• Work closely with the Customer Service team to resolve missing information or clarify job details.
• Make programming adjustments quickly to accommodate job changes and production needs.
• Perform final quality checks to ensure jobs are production-ready before they reach the shop floor.
• Load completed programs for CNC operators and verify file accessibility.
• Convert and validate design files (DXF, DWG, DXF) for accurate machine operation.
• Troubleshoot programming and machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain an organized and accurate digital library of sink files and programming data.
• Set up, adjust, dress, and maintain tooling for maximum efficiency and superior finished products.
• Monitor tooling inventory to prevent production delays.
• Communicate with CNC Operators and the Digital Foreman to resolve production issues quickly.
• Ensure cutting paths, sequences, and shop documentation are accurate before production begins.
• Record daily production square footage and provide regular progress updates.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and operating at peak efficiency.
