Express is hiring Production Operators in Farmington. Candidates will be responsible for accurately mixing plastic resins, colorants, regrind materials, and additives used in the plastic manufacturing process. This position ensures material blends meet production specifications and quality standards before feeding materials into molding or extrusion equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plastic blending equipment and material handling systems
• Measure and mix raw materials according to production formulas and work orders
• Load plastic resins, color concentrates, additives, and recycled materials into blenders
• Verify material accuracy, batch consistency, and proper color matching
• Maintain cleanliness of blending equipment and work areas to prevent contamination
• Troubleshoot blending issues and report equipment malfunctions
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies
• Complete production records, batch logs, and quality documentation
• Support continuous production flow by supplying properly blended materials to processing machines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or plastics experience preferred
• Ability to follow formulas, measurements, and written instructions
• Basic math and mechanical skills
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
• Forklift experience is a plus
