About The Position:

Our client is a dental clinic located in Ancaster, ON that focus’ on providing exceptional patient centered treatment.

The successful candidate in this role will have a passion for building strong patient relationships, excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time.

Wage: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Coordinator explains treatment plants, procedures, and associated costs to patients, ensuring they understand their options and feel comfortable
• Managing scheduling for patients and optimizing team scheduling
• Verifying patient health insurance benefits – obtaining pre-authorizations and submitting claims
• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations 

What We Are Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in a treatment coordinator role
• Experience with Dentrix
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to maintain information collection and management system
• Must have strong decision-making skills and planning
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures
• Working knowledge of dental insurance
