About The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established Hamilton manufacturer specializing in custom metal fabrication, industrial worktables, rolling carts, shelving systems, and fabricated equipment solutions for commercial and industrial clients.
We are currently seeking a mechanically inclined Mechanical Assembler / Production Associate who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in building quality products, and understands how to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
This is not a repetitive assembly line role. Successful candidates will be assembling custom-built products, preparing shipments, building crates and skids, and supporting various shop operations. We are looking for someone who can confidently use tools, read measurements accurately, and contribute to a fast-paced production team with minimal supervision.
If you are the type of person who enjoys building, assembling, problem-solving, and seeing finished products come together, this could be an excellent long-term opportunity.
