Salary: $22/hr

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our wax production team in Richmond, CA. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with excellent opportunities for long-term growth and career advancement. This is a full time, Monday - Friday graveyard shift position (12:00am-8:00am). Starting at $22/hr. 
 
Qualifications: 
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent lifting (up to 65 lbs)
  • Basic math skills for weighing and recording product data
  • Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
  • Strong attention to detail and safety practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working overnight/graveyard shift

Responsibilities:

  • Fill and empty slabbing machines
    • Lift and pull wax slabs (approx. 10 lbs)
    • Pivot and place slabs onto rollers
  • Cut wax tops using slabbing machines
    • Push scraper at chest height across machinery
  • Remove cut tops and place in designated containers
  • Operate pastille bagger during production runs
    • Lift bags (50–55 lbs) from floor, waist, and shoulder level
    • Monitor equipment and report abnormalities
