About The Opportunity

Our client is a growing construction and landscaping company seeking experienced Construction / Landscaping Labourers to join their team and we are looking for individuals who already understand construction site operations, can confidently use hand tools and equipment, and know how to work efficiently in a physically demanding outdoor environment.

Successful candidates will have previous experience performing tasks such as digging, grading, trenching, site preparation, material handling, and supporting landscaping or construction projects from start to finish.

Wage:

Up to $25.00 per hour based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform general construction and landscaping labour duties on active job sites
• Assist with site preparation including grading, digging, trenching, leveling, and clean-up
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials safely and efficiently
• Support crews with hardscaping, landscaping, drainage, excavation, and general site work
• Operate hand tools, power tools, compact equipment, and basic construction equipment safely
• Read and follow site instructions from supervisors and equipment operators
• Work alongside skilled tradespeople and construction crews to complete projects on schedule
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Perform physically demanding work in outdoor weather conditions year-round

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in construction, landscaping, excavation, concrete, or outdoor labour positions
• Comfortable using shovels, wheelbarrows, compactors, levels, and general construction tools properly and efficiently
• Understanding of grading, trenching, site preparation, and material movement
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision once tasks are assigned
• Strong work ethic with the ability to keep pace on active job sites
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials throughout the shift
• Strong awareness of job site safety practices
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation considered a strong asset

Requirements

• Previous outdoor construction or landscaping experience required
• CSA-approved safety boots required
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Comfortable working long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform repetitive physical labour including lifting, digging, and material handling
