Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring dependable and customer-focused individuals for a growing support team within a well-known consumer products organization. This is a full-time opportunity in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with paid training provided.

Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with questions related to products, ordering, account updates, and general support needs
• Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and needs
• Support customers through the online purchasing process in a professional and engaging manner
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
• Follow company procedures and quality standards while meeting performance expectations
• Deliver a positive customer experience in a high-volume environment

Qualifications:
• Full-time availability is required,
• Ability to maintain excellent attendance throughout the training and onboarding period
• High school diploma or GED required
• Comfortable working flexible schedules, including weekends and varying shift times
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Previous customer service, retail, sales support, or call center experience is preferred

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week
Training Hours/Days: 8AM - 4:30PM | Monday – Friday

Final Shift: Sunday through Saturday | 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
