Temporary Spare Parts Inventory Coordinator – $25/HR

West Salem, Oregon | Flexible Schedule | Approx. 6-Month Project

A manufacturing company in West Salem is looking for a mechanically minded and detail-oriented person to help inventory, organize, and identify spare machine parts from equipment no longer in use. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in manufacturing, maintenance, mechanics, warehouse operations, or industrial equipment.

Job Duties:

Inventory and organize industrial spare parts
Identify and label machine and mechanical components
Track inventory using basic computer systems and documentation
Coordinate with the Sales Department on resale opportunities for parts
Sort, stage, and categorize equipment and inventory
Maintain organized and accurate records
Work independently while communicating with internal departments

Preferred Qualifications:

Manufacturing or industrial experience
Mechanical, maintenance, or technician background preferred
Ability to identify machine parts and components
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Basic computer skills and communication abilities
