                  Full Time- Evaluation Hire $18.00 / Hour

                              Day time Schedule

Duties will include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs (dishwashers, washer/dryer, oven/stovetops, fridges), HVAC, painting and grounds. You will get apartments ready for move in. Snow removal in the winter and on call duties are required. The on-call duties are in a rotation.

* General maintenance experience in multi-unit residential a HUGE plus but not required.

* Must have a valid driver's license

* Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.

* Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

* Have own basic tools
