Job Responsibilities

• Transfer data from reports into spreadsheets accurately
• Track trailer utilization and prepare detention invoices for customers
• Cross-check rate confirmations against orders to ensure accurate billing
• Assist Billing and Pricing Specialists with various tasks to improve team productivity
• Process bids using bid platforms to manage pricing exercises
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous pricing, billing, invoicing, or office experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data entry
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
