Salary: $115,000

Litigation Associate

Location: Chicagoland - Lincolnshire (hybrid after training)

Salary: $115,000+ depending on experience

Direct Hire, Mon-Fri (typical business hours with the exception of occasional overtime)

Experience:

Illinois Bar license
3–7 years experience
Litigation experience required
Mediation/arbitration experience preferred
Condo/HOA law experience a plus but not required

Key Responsibilities:

Court appearances across Chicagoland (3-5 court appearance per week)
Draft pleadings, briefs, discovery, and conduct depositions
Manage multiple clients and deadlines
Stay current on Illinois statutes and case law
Participate in CLEs
