Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham is hiring a Manufacturing Associate for engine testing, part distribution, equipment cleaning, and product inspection. Pay: $19.13 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday with some Saturdays: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
-Prepare engines for testing by checking oil levels, performing pressure and flow tests, and recording results accurately

-Install and remove engine test kit components as needed

-Place engines on test stands and verify all required pre-test procedures are completed

-Perform cooling system pressure testing before spin testing

-Fill engines with oil through pressure ports and verify oil flow to cylinder heads before testing

-Conduct spin simulator testing to evaluate torque, oil pressure, coolant pressure, compression, timing, VVT engagement, and compression differential

-Monitor engine performance and identify mechanical issues or abnormalities during testing

-Inspect engines for oil leaks using visual inspections and UV leak detection equipment

-Record oil pressure, flow readings, amperage, compression results, and other testing data accurately on required documentation

-Perform additional testing procedures for VVT and MDS engine systems as required

-Troubleshoot and correct leaks or testing issues before re-running engines

-Ensure all testing procedures follow company quality standards and safety requirements

-Maintain a clean and organized testing area and equipment
