Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Molding Operator openings in Lindstrom, MN. Pay & Schedule

  • Hourly Pay: $16.48

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

  • Pay Frequency: Weekly

  • Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

  • Location: Lindstrom, MN

Key Responsibilities

  • Molding Machine Operation — Operate molding equipment to produce plastic components according to production standards.

  • Part Trimming & Finishing — Remove excess material, trim flash, and ensure clean, finished edges.

  • Quality Inspection — Visually inspect molded parts for defects, inconsistencies, or imperfections.

  • Material Handling — Load raw materials, monitor material flow, and maintain proper machine feed levels.

  • Production Documentation — Record counts, note defects, and follow standard work instructions.

  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment

  • Attention to Detail for quality checks

  • Ability to stand for an entire shift

  • Willingness to perform repetitive tasks

  • Strong attendance and reliability
