Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour, plus qualifying performance-based bonuses Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Administration / Client Services Reports To: Office Manager
Position Summary: The Scheduling Coordinator serves as a critical first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is responsible for managing inbound calls, qualifying leads, scheduling design appointments, and ensuring accurate lead management across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and performance-driven, with the ability to meet or exceed established conversion goals.
Key Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to: - Answer inbound phone calls for all territories in a professional and courteous manner - Schedule design consultations accurately and efficiently - Qualify incoming leads to ensure alignment with service offerings - Manage and update leads across Centah, Closetware, and Lowes systems - Track, follow up, and nurture leads to support sales conversion - Meet or exceed established conversion goals and performance expectations - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company brand - Collaborate with sales, design, and operations teams as needed
Qualifications & Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience in customer service, call center, scheduling, or sales support preferred - Strong verbal communication and active listening skills - Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills - Goal-oriented mindset with comfort working toward performance metrics - Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM systems
