Job Title: Brand Ambassador (Temporary/Contract)

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to serve as the local, on-the-ground representative for a growing fiber internet service. This role is responsible for building brand awareness, engaging directly with community members, and supporting marketing initiatives within the local market.

The ideal candidate is personable, self-motivated, and comfortable interacting with the public at events and in residential communities. This position plays a key role in driving customer interest and service adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the brand at community events, pop-ups, and local outreach opportunities
• Engage with residents, property managers, and community partners to promote fiber internet services
• Create and share engaging content (photos, videos, social updates) to support marketing efforts
• Distribute promotional materials and educate potential customers on service benefits
• Provide feedback from the field to improve marketing strategies and customer experience
• Support special projects and initiatives as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing personality with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable speaking to groups and engaging with diverse audiences
• Previous experience in marketing, promotions, customer service, or sales preferred
• Social media familiarity is a plus

Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Flexible, 20–40 hours per week
• Assignment Duration: End of May through late August
• Pay: $20.00 per hour

Work Environment

• Primarily in-field, including outdoor events and local community locations
• Some evening and weekend availability may be required based on event schedules
• Own transport required
• Will drive to different brand events in the Frankfort, Mokena, Matteson, Orland area
• Business Casual required
