Schedule: 3:30pm-12am, M-F plus OT 

This role provides hands-on leadership to ensure a safe, organized, and high-quality work environment. The assembler lead supports daily operations, drives continuous improvement, and plays a key role in team performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Train team members on equipment, tools, and safe work practices
• Assign and prioritize daily work based on production schedules
• Conduct daily start-of-shift meetings and communicate goals
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the department
• Monitor workflow and ensure efficiency and quality targets are met
• Support and lead problem-solving initiatives (QRI1/QRI2)
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Use ERP system to confirm operations and manage materials
• Communicate effectively with team and escalate issues as needed
• Act as liaison between team and management

Requirements

• 2–5 years of warehouse experience in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to train employees and enforce safety standards
• Quick learner with a focus on continuous improvement
