Monday - Friday
3:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Position Overview:

We're hiring an experienced Entree Cook for a high-volume kitchen production environment. This position is responsible for preparing large-scale meal entrees using ovens and kettles, portioning meals for delivery, and assisting with meal prep for future production. The kitchen produces approximately 3,000 meals daily, making this a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced food production setting.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare entree items such as meatloaf, chicken, and country-style steak using ovens and kettles
-Portion and package prepared meals for delivery
-Prep proteins and ingredients for upcoming meal production
-Follow recipes and production counts accurately
-Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout shift
-Assist in additional kitchen areas as needed

Requirements:

-Previous cooking or food production experience preferred
-Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
-Strong attention to detail and consistency
-Ability to follow recipes and production schedules
-Reliable attendance and teamwork required
