Position Summary

We are seeking dependable individuals with experience in concrete finishing and a valid Class A CDL to support residential, commercial, and industrial concrete projects throughout the St. Louis area. This role will involve working on various job sites assisting with concrete work, site setup, material transportation, and general project support.

Key Responsibilities

Perform concrete finishing duties including curbs, forms, blocking, and concrete setup
Assist with pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete on job sites
Set up and break down forms and job site materials
Coordinate with crews regarding concrete deliveries and site preparation
Operate dump trucks and transport materials when applicable
Drive company vehicles safely to and from project sites
Support residential, commercial, and industrial concrete projects
Maintain safe and efficient work practices on job sites
Assist foremen and crews with daily operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL required
Strong concrete finishing experience required
Experience with concrete terminology, site setup, and finishing techniques
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to work within the greater St. Louis / Metro East area

Preferred Experience

3–5+ years of concrete finishing experience
Experience operating dump trucks or heavy equipment
Experience leading or supporting crews on active job sites
Foreman-level experience is a plus for higher-level opportunities

Compensation

$32–$34/hour depending on experience
Higher compensation may be considered for candidates with foreman-level experience and strong concrete backgrounds
