IT Specialist (On-Call)

Located in Dallas, TX

Salary: $99-115/hr. BOE

A law firm and building owner seeks an IT Specialist, as needed, to support its IT networks and systems in Dallas, Texas.

 

Key Responsibilities on an as needed basis:

• Administration and maintenance of onsite and remote network and system infrastructures
• Data security, backups, and disaster recovery to comply with legal industry standards and data privacy

 

Core Environment:

• Networks and systems (cloud and on premises)
• Software (O365, Azure, 3CX VoIP phones, Windows, iOS, general software)
• Hardware (CPUs/peripherals, VoIP and cell phones, servers, firewalls, switches/routers, video cameras/displays, television and Wi-Fi)

 

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of IT networking, security and system administration experience
• O365 administration
• 3CX VoIP phone administration
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Impeccable discretion and confidentiality (NDA/background screen required)
