Salary: Based on Experience

Shift: 2nd Shift – 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM
Duration: Approximately 6-month assignment, can extend for the right candidate

We are currently seeking a Quality Inspector / CMM Programmer to support a manufacturing operation for an immediate need over the next 6 months. This position is ideal for an experienced quality professional with strong inspection and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Measure and inspect manufactured parts for quality and accuracy
• Use precision measuring instruments including:
  • Calipers
  • Height gages
  • Other standard inspection tools
• Read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints
• Perform dimensional inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
• Program and/or operate CMM equipment using PC-DMIS (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a CMM Programmer using PC-DMIS highly preferred
• Strong quality inspection background considered
• Ability to accurately use calipers and height gages
• Blueprint/drawing reading experience required
• Manufacturing or quality assurance experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Must be able to meet background check and drug testing requirements
