Maintenance Technician – Apartment Complex

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician for a busy apartment complex in Morgantown, WV. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with long-term potential for the right candidate.

Pay:
Starting at $20.00/hour

Schedule:
Monday–Friday
Day shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete basic apartment maintenance and repairs
• Light painting, drywall patching, and touch-ups
• Groundskeeping including trash removal and general cleanup
• Change air filters and assist with apartment turns
• Perform routine maintenance work orders
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as needed
• Maintain clean and safe work areas throughout the property

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance, construction, or general labor experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Must be dependable and able to work independently
