Pay Rate: $18.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience]

 

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient, high-quality output. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines according to established procedures
• Set up machinery and adjust settings as needed for production runs
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Troubleshoot machine issues and report any malfunctions
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisors

 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3 years’ experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions
• Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime if needed

 

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CNC, Extrusion, or assembly machines
• Familiarity with production metrics and lean manufacturing principles
• Forklift
