Schedule Requirements
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday required)
- Start times may vary between 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Shifts may extend into evening hours (up to 9:00 PM)
- Department operates 24/7, 365 days a year
- Flexibility across time zones is essential
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer service calls during after-hours, weekends, and peak overflow periods
- Assess the urgency of customer concerns and determine if escalation is required
- Route or escalate calls appropriately based on established protocols
- Provide professional, calm, and accurate support in time-sensitive situations
- Document calls and actions clearly within internal systems
- Maintain high service standards while working independently in a remote environment
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service experience (call center or high-volume phone environment preferred)
- Previous remote/work-from-home experience required
- Ability to remain composed and professional during urgent or high-pressure calls
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong time-management and decision-making abilities
- Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free home workspace
- Comfortable working non-traditional hours, including weekends
