Salary: $30-$40/hr DOE

We are seeking a CNC Machinist for a manufacturing company in Leominster, MA. This is a Direct Hire position. This position will be responsible for setup and operation of both CNC and manual machining equipment to manufacture customer-specific parts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and operate CNC and manual machining equipment to manufacture customer-specific metal parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and tolerances to ensure quality production.
• Perform machining, fabrication, assembly, and quality inspection of parts and components.
• Maintain production schedules and document work order progress and production results.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure proper machine operation at all times.
• Cross-train and assist with multiple phases of the manufacturing and assembly process as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with both CNC machining and manual machining in a manufacturing environment required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The pay is $30-$40/hr DOE. This is a full-time DIRECT HIRE opportunity with great growth potential! The schedule is Monday - Thursday 7:00am to 4:00pm and Friday 7:00am to 11:00am.
