Position Summary

We are currently seeking friendly, energetic, and dependable Servers to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about hospitality and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide excellent customer service
• Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations
• Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Process payments using the POS system
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing side work duties

Qualifications

• Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Food handler certification is a plus
• English is required for the role, fully bilingual is a plus
