Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL Class C Driver to join our team in Monmouth County, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to safe and timely deliveries and transportation.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Transport goods, materials, or passengers to designated locations throughout Monmouth County and surrounding areas
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
Load and unload cargo as needed while ensuring proper handling and secure transport
Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and required documentation
Follow scheduled routes and delivery timelines efficiently
Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and team members
Adhere to all DOT safety standards and company policies

Qualifications

Valid CDL Class C license with a clean driving record
Current DOT Medical Card preferred
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Previous commercial driving experience preferred, but not required
Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and defensive driving practices
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
Dependable, punctual, and organized
Excellent communication and customer service skills
