Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled HP Indigo Digitial Press Operator to join a local production team. The candidate will operate the HP Indigo press to produce high-quality printed labels and ensure efficient, consistent, and timely production. This role requires an eye for detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain the press.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor the HP Indigo 6800 digital press.
• Perform quality checks including color matching and print consistency.
• Conduct routine maintenance and resolve press-related issues promptly.
• Manage digital job files and configure press settings as per specifications.
• Meet production targets while minimizing waste and following safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of production, quality, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and problem resolution.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience operating an HP Indigo Digital Press (Series 4 or higher) Preferably within the label and packaging industry
• Understanding of digital printing processes and RIP software.
• Strong eye for color accuracy and print quality.
• Physical ability to lift materials and stand for long periods.
• Proven troubleshooting and press adjustment skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
