NOW HIRING – QUALITY INSPECTOR – BROWNSVILLE, TX | 1st & 2nd Shifts

Position Summary:
The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting, testing, and verifying components, materials, and finished products to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards. This role supports manufacturing and repair operations involving large industrial and power-generation equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform inspections on machined parts, fabricated components, and assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators
• Verify dimensions, tolerances, and workmanship standards
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records
• Identify defects, non-conforming materials, and quality issues
• Work closely with machinists, welders, and production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Assist with troubleshooting and corrective actions when needed

Preferred Experience:
• Previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience with precision measuring tools and inspection equipment
• Blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Knowledge of machining, fabrication, welding, or industrial repair processes preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
