Pay: $20.00

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 6am to 2:30pm

Role Overview:

As our Facilities Custodian, you’ll work under the direction of the Facilities Manager to keep our facility clean, organized, and in top shape. This role involves general maintenance and 5S organization, along with a range of repair and upkeep tasks.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Daily Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean restrooms, break rooms, and offices; remove trash, clean floors, and maintain outside areas.
• Support Production Areas: Maintain walkways and shop floors, interact with operators to ensure areas are production-ready.
• General Repairs: Handle tasks such as plumbing, painting, light welding, and equipment repairs.
• Special Projects: Assist in relocating or repairing machinery as needed and support the Maintenance team with larger tasks.
• Inventory Management: Ensure cleaning supplies and break room items are fully stocked by coordinating with purchasing.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: 2-5 years in maintenance or custodial roles, ideally in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Safety Skills: Familiarity with safety procedures such as LOTOV, confined spaces, and handling hazardous materials.
• Maintenance Knowledge: Skilled in using hand tools, basic plumbing, and general facility maintenance; light welding experience is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and maintenance procedures.
• Troubleshooting Ability: Capable of identifying and addressing issues with machinery and infrastructure.

Physical Demands:
