Production Associate

Located in Akron, PA

Salary: $17 - $20

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, process, and manufacture products according to work instructions and production schedules
• Inspect materials, components, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Interpret drawings, specifications, work instructions, and production documentation
• Verify work order documentation, BOMs, routings, and travelers for accuracy and traceability
• Use measurement tools such as calipers, gauges, and microscopes to validate specifications
• Record production and inspection data accurately and maintain quality documentation
• Monitor production processes and identify quality concerns or process improvements
• Assist with packaging and preparation of finished products to customer specifications
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following company procedures
• Utilize ERP systems to access drawings, work instructions, and job information
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Previous quality inspection or quality assurance experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
