Job Title: Customer service Representative/Material Handler

 

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Material Handler in West Greenwich. In this dual role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer interactions and supporting material-handling operations within our logistics facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist with material handling tasks, including loading and unloading shipments, Picking, Packing, inventory management, and order fulfillment as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflow and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Utilize computer systems and software to track, trace, and update shipment statuses.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months experience in customer service
• Some material handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and tracking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent
