Warehouse Associate/Delivery Helper

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Receiving/Storing: Unload incoming delivery trucks and inspect shipments for damages. Verify items against packing slips and store them in designated warehouse locations.
• Order Fulfillment (Picking/Staging): Accurately pick merchandise from shelves or racks, pack boxes securely, and label them for timely shipment.
• Inventory Control: Conduct routine stock counts, using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and report any discrepancies.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Safety & Maintenance: Adhere strictly to OSHA standards and company health and safety protocols. Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assemble Furniture: Assemble furniture for next day deliveries when necessary.
• Delivery help: Ride with driver and help with deliveries when necessary.
