Salary: $24-$25/hour

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist in Covington, LA to support recruiting, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance while helping create a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, benefits, and policies
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
• Maintain HRIS records and assist with payroll and leave administration (FMLA)
• Administer benefits and support performance review processes
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and assist with audits/reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and confidentiality skills
