About the Opportunity

We’re working with an innovative, high-growth technology company seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join its expanding finance team. This role will be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the close process, and helping scale accounting operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support and execute the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
• Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts
• Assist with variance analysis and financial statement preparation
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies
• Partner with cross-functional teams including FP&A and operations
• Assist with external audits and provide documentation support
• Identify and drive improvements in accounting processes and controls
• Contribute to special projects and system implementations as needed

 

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–6+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Experience in Big 4 or national public accounting firm preferred
• Exposure to public company or regulated/manufacturing environments a plus
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills (CPA preferred)
