Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is preparing to search for PROJECT Customer Service Representatives for a property casualty insurance claims company that specializes in weather-related catastrophes in the Bradenton, FL area.

Duties:
- Communicating with customers, agents, and adjustors to facilitate the handling of property and catastrophe insurance claims.
- Taking detailed calls from policyholders, explaining processes for claim handling, and taking detailed messages for agents and claims personnel.
- Performing entry of data into databases and platforms.

Requirements:
- Must be able to work (1) weekend day; OT is available.
- Ability to quickly toggle between multiple screens; handling a phone call and data entry simultaneously.
- 3 years of prior CSR experience in an office setting required; must have clear speaking voice, excellent computer skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills testing (Microsoft Office) required.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus.
