Grounds Helper Job Summary: We are hiring someone to help with grounds work for a property management companies near Grand Rapids, MI.  If you like working with your hands, being outside, and have lawncare experience, apply today!

Grounds Helper Responsibilities: 

• Working outdoors in all seasons doing grounds work tasks
• Making sure the apartment community looks presentable at all times
• Other grounds and general Labor projects as designated by the Supervisor
• Trim Hedges, Pull Weeds, Rake leaves, Power wash Buildings and Carports, Minor exterior repairs like painting or fixing fences. Landscape upkeep

Schedule & Pay:

• Mon 8:30-5, Tues 8:30-5, Thurs 8:30-5 & Fri 8:30- 12 or 2
• $18.00/HR 

General Labor/Maintenance Helper Qualifications

• Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons.
• Self-directed and able to complete a project with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift 30-50lbs continuously throughout the day
