Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local automotive dealership in Fort Myers to hire an Automotive Service Customer Care Representative.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, automotive service scheduling, appointment coordination, or dealership support. You will be the first point of contact for customers needing vehicle service, helping schedule appointments, answer questions, and provide a positive customer experience.

The right candidate will be comfortable handling a high volume of calls, staying organized, and working with customers to coordinate service needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and assist with service-related questions

• Schedule and coordinate vehicle service appointments

• Make outbound follow-up calls to confirm appointments and reconnect with customers

• Communicate with customers regarding service needs, reminders, and updates

• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment details in CRM systems

• Provide professional and friendly customer service throughout each interaction

• Support the service department with scheduling and administrative tasks

• Work closely with service advisors and dealership teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive customer service, dealership service departments, call centers, scheduling, or customer support preferred

• Strong phone communication and customer service skills

• Experience scheduling appointments or coordinating customer requests

• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and data entry systems

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Strong follow-through and professional communication skills
