Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Production and Assembly Workers for multiple manufacturing and industrial facilities throughout the Shreveport and Bossier area. We are looking for dependable individuals who are comfortable working in fast-paced production environments and are eager to learn new skills.

These positions may include assembly line work, packaging, quality checks, machine operation assistance, and general production support. Opportunities are available for both temporary assignments and long-term evaluation hire placements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to specifications
• Work on production lines and manufacturing equipment
• Package finished products for shipment
• Perform quality inspections and report defects
• Maintain clean and organized workstations
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
• Assist with material handling and inventory movement
• Meet daily production and attendance expectations

Qualifications

• Previous production, assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules when needed
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
