The Controller is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all accounting, financial reporting, and fiscal operations. Partnering closely with executive leadership, this position ensures a strong internal control environment while supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead and manage annual budgeting processes, including development, tracking, and ongoing analysis

·         Create and maintain financial forecasts and projections to support strategic planning

·         Partner with department managers to interpret financials and guide decision-making

·         Drive budget performance oversight, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities

·         Ensure accurate and timely monthly and annual financial reporting in accordance with GAAP

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
