Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting operations supporting property managers
• Process and record cash receipts (rent payments, checks, deposits)
• Prepare and distribute client, tenant, and vendor payments
• Generate financial reports and client proceeds
• Support tax filings, including General Excise Tax (GET) and 1099 reporting

 

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience (property management experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of general ledger and accounting processes
• Experience with AppFolio, Yardi, or similar systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
